• US Call Centers charge $35 US and less per hour, per agent, which does not include training
and/or set up fees.
• Canadian Call Centers charge $28 US and less per hour, per agent, which does not include training
and/or set up fees.
• Offshore Call Centers (India, Philippines, etc.) generally charge $16 US and less per hour, per agent, which includes training and/or set up fees.

• One ($1) dollar per minute and less, depending on the inbound call volume and time periods. Minimum fees may apply for very small call volumes.
• Training and Set Up fees are extra.
